Buckpassers Investment Club Minutes

Minutes
October minutes were reviewed, proclaimed proficient, and approved unanimously.
Outstanding Dues
All members are paid up for 2025.
Firetruck Fund
The Firetruck Fund is deactivated for the foreseeable future.
Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer's Report dated October 31, 2025 was emailed to members on November 2, 2025. **[Sequence #1]**
The Rotblut Report will be released in a timely fashion. **[Sequence #1A]**
The Daniels Nightly Report as of November 4, 2025 will be emailed late Tuesday afternoon. **[Sequence #2]**
Motion to approve the Treasurer's Reports was seconded and approved unanimously.
Old Business / New Business
Seasonal Outing
Seasonal outing details were confirmed. A December Zoom meeting is still to be determined.

A short meeting will be held on December 2 for year-end portfolio action. There will be no meeting in January.
BI Subscription
Motion to subscribe to BI magazine. All were in favor and the motion passed.
Officer Slate for 2026
The 2026 officer slate and small group reshuffle were discussed.
Nvidia Earnings Challenge
Another Nvidia Earnings Challenge was discussed and passed to Scott Daniels. Reports are due November 19.
Market Topics / Investment Strategy Discussion Points
Market streaks for 2025 year-to-date were discussed. **[Sequence #3]**

Portfolio News / Discussion
Portfolio News was submitted to members electronically on October 31. **[Sequence #4]**
Year-end portfolio moves were discussed, including:
- Nvidia investments and partnerships with technology companies
- RYAN Specialty: buy more and possibly sell original position
- GEV: similar strategy discussed, with an average around 580
- Tax-loss harvesting
- Capital gains
