March minutes were reviewed and approved unanimously.
Outstanding Dues
None. All members paid for second quarter.
Treasurer's Report
Treasurer's Report dated 03/31/26 was emailed to members on April 1. The Rotblut Report and Daniels Nightly Report were also noted. Motion to approve treasurer reports was seconded and unanimously approved.

- Bryan Sullivan provided an update on the proposed amendment/restatement of the Partnership Agreement. Items to address include biometrics, Steve Jenkins admittance, and privacy concerns.
- Scott Daniels discussed his Claude research assignment and comparison of Claude and ChatGPT for stock analysis.
- Bagley and Co. invoice for tax preparation was paid.
- Lending library copies of Cramer's newest book were discussed.

Portfolio Discussion
Portfolio news was submitted electronically March 31. Portfolio survey results were discussed. Fifteen of sixteen members responded, with 63% of responses marked "Hold." Tesla received the most varied feedback.

Motions
Sell
Gore moved for a limit order to sell 50 shares of Nvidia at $200 per share; seconded by Studt. Result: 9 for, 4 against, 1 abstain. Motion passed.
Membership
S. Smith moved to raise the club membership limit to 17 and accept Steve Jenkins as a new member; seconded by J. Huebner. Result: 16 for, 0 against, 0 abstain. Motion passed unanimously.
